We've had numerous issues with other contractors up here in good, old Longview, tearing the yard to shreds claiming I gave the go-ahead, stopping work at 80% of completion, insufficient thoroughness that resulted in our basement being flooded with raw sewage, you know the good stuff. Fortunately, we found the Sir Grout team to regrout, polish, and clean our phone booth shower and they gave us hope once again.
Our installer, Miguel, did a thorough and complete job and honored an estimate that may have been a bit shy of what was required. He worked diligently and communicated with us throughout the process so there were no surprises and we knew exactly when we could start using the shower again.
