There were no hidden costs, and they were great at communicating with us throughout the process. There was a crack on the floor that they fixed, and it's as though it was never there. They exceeded my expectations!

OMG, what a terrific experience with a contractor! Cheri, the estimator, was a great communicator, arrived on time, and clearly explained the process they used to clean our Mexican tile kitchen floor grout. Then, they provided a firm quote and estimate of time to complete the job.
On the scheduled date and time, Sean, the tech, arrived. He again explained the process in detail and then set about to work. First, he swept and vacuumed the floor, then used a special machine to strip any coatings from the tiles. After drying, he carefully "hand-painted" each grout line with a special paint. (We chose white). It took him two days to complete this work.
Jason (2nd tech, helped on day 2). Such precision-the grout lines looked perfect. They then put on two coats of tile sealer. The floor looks so pretty! This is an excellent contractor!!
