Sean and Jeff were amazing. They were here on time both days, meticulous about making sure the grout was done properly, and gave us updates on their progress.
They were very clean throughout; they never made a mess, and they even wore shoe covers. The outcome was more than I expected. The price was fair as well.
OMG, what a terrific experience with a contractor! Cheri, the estimator, was a great communicator, arrived on time, and clearly explained the process they used to clean our Mexican tile kitchen floor grout. Then, they provided a firm quote and estimate of time to complete the job.
On the scheduled date and time, Sean, the tech, arrived. He again explained the process in detail and then set about to work. First, he swept and vacuumed the floor, then used a special machine to strip any coatings from the tiles. After drying, he carefully "hand-painted" each grout line with a special paint. (We chose white). It took him two days to complete this work.
Jason (2nd tech, helped on day 2). Such precision-the grout lines looked perfect. They then put on two coats of tile sealer. The floor looks so pretty! This is an excellent contractor!!

Sir Grout Vancouver saved me from having to replace my cracked, horrible-looking tile! I can return the tile I bought to replace it since Sean from Sir Grout Vancouver cleaned and re-grouted the tile at the back entryway—absolutely gorgeous and brand-new now! He also inspected other tiles and found he could greatly improve the look of our fireplace hearth by re-coloring and sealing the hideous old grout there.
He also took time to carefully clean the kitchen backsplash, and it looks amazing now! He will be back soon to seal the new grout by entry when it's cured, and I will make a list of other areas for him to address since my home looks so great after just one service! Thank you, Sean!
